CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted with 48h notice, within 48h no refund given.

If SeaAlgarve cancel due to sea conditions or unforeseen circumstances an alternative date and time will be offered. If this is not suitable a full refund will be made.

Cancellation has to be done by e-mail to [email protected], stating your name, the date and hour of the tour, plus your phone number.

SeaAlgarve has the right to refuse boarding to people under the influence of too much alcohol and to stop serving alcohol on board if the safety of the client(s) is at risk, no refund will be given.

And by Portuguese law the following needs to show too:

In Portugal, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may have recourse to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:
